Professor Stephen M. Jane, MBBS, PhD, FRACP, FRCPA, FAAHMS, is a member of the Board of RAGE Biotech.

Professor Jane is Dean of the Sub-faculty of Translational Medicine and Public Health for Monash University at the Alfred Precinct, and Director of Research for Alfred Health.  He is an internationally recognized clinician-scientist, with research interests in transcriptional regulation using blood and skin development as model systems.  Professor Jane has published more than 120 research papers in journals including Science, Nature Medicine and Cancer Cell.  He also played a key role in the licensing of a small molecule epigenetic modifier developed in a collaboration between his laboratory and the CRC for Cancer Therapeutics to Merck Pharmaceuticals.
