LOUIS PYMAR

Board Director

Louis is a Senior Commercialisation Manager in the Office of Industry and Commercial Development at the University of Western Australia (UWA) and manages the Life Sciences IP portfolio across UWA and affiliated research institutes.

Previously Louis held roles in Intellectual Property strategy consulting at Cambridge IP and as a Technology Transfer Manager at the University of Oxford.  Louis holds a PhD in cancer research and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Leeds. 

Louis is a member of the Investment Review Committee of CUREator, Australia’s national biotech incubator, managed by Brandon BioCatalyst, the largest life science investment fund in Australia.

Louis is currently a Director of Setonix Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd and Board Observer of CoraMetix Pty Ltd.
